Enrollment Fee & Refund Policy:• Registration Fee: A $100 registration fee is required to reserve a student's seat and is non-refundable once payment has been processed.
• 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Students may request cancellation within 48 hours of enrollment for a full refund of tuition paid, excluding the non-refundable registration fee.
• Incurred Costs Deduction: After the 48-hour cancellation period, any costs incurred by Labs by LC Institute on behalf of the student, including but not limited to clinical preparation materials, textbooks, digital learning resources, shipping expenses, background screening fees, drug screening fees, certification processing fees, administrative fees, and other student-specific expenses, will be deducted from any eligible refund.
• Institutional Access Cutoff: No refunds will be issued after the first day of class, course access, orientation, or distribution of course materials, whichever occurs first.
• Processing Timeline: Tuition refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days following approval of the written refund request.
• Written Submission Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to enroll@labsbylcinstitute.com.
Clinical Placement & Drug Screening Policy:• Mandatory Clinical Screening: Students are fully permitted to register, attend online classes, and complete all digital coursework layouts regardless of external background factors. However, passing a formal criminal background check and drug screening panel is strictly required prior to physical assignment at any approved healthcare clinical site. These tracking clearances are mandated by the strict regulatory compliance policies of our clinical site partners. Failure to complete or satisfy clinical placement requirements may prevent participation in externships, clinical experiences, or partner facility placements.
